This Equity Residential Privacy Rights Request Form for California, Colorado, Maryland, and Texas Residents (“Form”) is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (collectively, “U.S. Privacy Laws”), and allows California, Colorado, Maryland, and Texas Consumers to exercise certain rights with respect to Personal Information or Personal Data (collectively, “Personal Information”) that we collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Form shall have the meanings given to them in our California, Colorado, Maryland, and Texas Privacy Notice.

As indicated in our Vivmark Residential Privacy Notice, if you are a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, Texas or Virginia Resident, or an authorized agent of a Resident of these states, and you wish to submit a request as a legacy-AvalonBay Consumer, you must separately visit our legacy-Avalon Bay Privacy Web Form for the time being.

If you would like to exercise your rights to confirm, know, access, request a copy of, delete, correct, or opt out of the sale of Personal Information or sharing for Targeted Advertising through non-Cookie-based means, please complete this Form to submit a rights request. To opt out of the sale of Personal Information and sharing for Targeted Advertising through Cookie-based means, please use our Cookie preference center linked from the “Your Privacy Choices” button in our Website footer. We will respond to your request as required by the applicable U.S. Privacy Law.
